Cardio Kayak Class
Why waste your summer away
in a gym, when YOU could be burning calories HAVIN' FUN IN THE SUN?
The Cardio Kayak class is a 1 hour kayak-based workout led by a SWS Personal Trainer.
You'll burn more caleries than an aerobics work out, and get to be under the
sunny, blue summer skies on beautiful Lake Mendota. First timers should arrive
a half-hour early to receive basic kayak instruction.
Schedule:
Starting May 17 - September.
Every Saturday - 9am-10am
Every Tuesday, Thursday - 6pm - 7pm
Price:
With any SWS Membership - $5/class for duration of Membership
Single class - $20
Week Package (any 3 classes) - $45

rhomboids, leator scapulae, trapezius, rotator cuff muscles, shoulders, biceps,
